The Rio Grande drink recipe is made from tequila, peach liqueur, blue curacao, pear juice, lime juice, lemon juice, gomme syrup and lemonade, and served over ice in a highball glass garnished with a pear slice and a lemon slice.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Tequila - Silver
- 1/2 oz Peach Liqueur
- 1 oz Blue Curacao
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Gomme Syrup
- Lemonade - to fill
- slice Pear - for garnish
- slice Lemon - for garnish
- Garnish: Pear, Lemon
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add all ingredients and fill with lemonade.
