Redress the Balance Recipe
The Redress the Balance cocktail is a red colored drink recipe made from Luxardo sambuca, raspberry liqueur, raspberry puree, lemon juice and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass garnished with lemon, raspberry and mint.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Sambuca (Luxardo Sambuca and Cranberry)
- 1/2 oz Raspberry Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Raspberry - puree
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- Club Soda - to fill
- sprig Mint - for garnish
- slice Lemon - for garnish
- 1 Raspberry - for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon, Mint, Raspberry
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake sambuca, raspberry liqueur, raspberry puree and lemon juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of crushed ice and fill with club soda.
- Stir gently and garnish with lemon, mint and a raspberry.
