The Mandarin Screwdriver is a unique variation of the classic Screwdriver cocktail. An orange colored drink made from vodka, pear puree and Fentiman's Orange Jigger soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Pear - puree
- Soda (Fentiman's Orange Jigger)
- 1 slice Orange - for garnish
- Garnish: Orange
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add pear puree and vodka, and stir gently.
- Fill to the top with Fentiman's Orange Jigger soda and garnish with an orange slice.
