French Connection Recipe
The French Connection is an orange drink made from the flavors of France and the Caribbean to create a well-balanced fruit cocktail. Made from dark rum, Mozart Black chocolate liqueur, grapefruit juice, vanilla syrup, lavender and ginger marmalade, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Dark Rum (Elements 8)
- 1 oz Chocolate Liqueur (Mozart Black)
- 2 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1 tsp Vanilla Syrup
- Lavender - for garnish
- 1 tsp Orange Marmalade (St Dalfour Orange & Ginger)
- Garnish: Lavender, Grapefruit
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake dark rum, Mozart Black chocolate liqueur, grapefruit juice, vanilla syrup and orange ginger marmalade with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice.
- Garnish with lavender and a grapefruit twist.
