Double Standard Sour Recipe
The old double standard is always out there, but use it to your advantage. The Double Standard cocktail recipe is made from blended whiskey, gin, lemon juice, grenadine, lemon juice, orange and cherry, and served in a chilled sour glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Whiskey - blended
- 1-1/2 oz Gin
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Grenadine
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- Cherry - for garnish
- slice Orange - for garnish
- Garnish: Maraschino Cherry, Orange
- Glass: Sour Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled sour glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of orange.
