Barbados Planter's Punch Recipe
The Barbados Planter's Punch is a tropical drink recipe made from dark rum, lime juice, sugar, orange bitters, club soda, banana, orange, cherry and nutmeg, and served over ice in a Collins or highball glass.
Ingredients
- 3 oz Dark Rum
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- dash Orange Bitters
- Club Soda - to fill
- slice Banana - for garnish
- slice Orange - for garnish
- Cherry - for garnish
- pinch Nutmeg - for garnish
- Garnish: Banana, Maraschino Cherry, Orange, Nutmeg
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake rum, lime juice, sugar and orange bitters with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a Collins glass full of ice and fill with club soda.
- Stir gently and garnish with banana, orange, cherry and nutmeg.
