Zed Recipe
The Zed is a tropical drink made from gin, Mandarine Napoleon, pineapple juice, lemon, sugar and mint, and served over ice in a highball or Collins glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Gin
- 1 oz Mandarine Napoleon
- 3 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 slice Lemon - for garnish
- Mint - for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon, Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake gin, Mandarine Napoleon, pineapple juice and sugar lightly with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball or Collins glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a small lemon slice and fresh mint.
