Wee Pink Rose Recipe
The Wee Pink Rose is a sexy and sensual pink colored cocktail made from Caorunn gin, rose nectar, lemon juice, Sauvignon Blanc, simple syrup, strawberries and egg white, and served in a chilled champagne flute.
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 oz Gin (Caorunn)
- 1 oz White Wine - Sauvignon Blanc
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Simple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Rose Nectar
- 2 Strawberry
- 1/2 Egg - white
- Garnish: Strawberry
- Glass: Champagne Glass
Directions
- Muddle strawberries, simple syrup and rose nectar in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add gin, white wine, lemon juice, egg white and ice, and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled champagne flute and garnish with a strawberry slice.
