The Watermelon Gin is a red drink made fron gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, club soda and watermelon pieces, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin (Beefeater)
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 chunks Watermelon
- Club Soda
- Garnish: Watermelon
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle the watermelon chunks in a highball glass.
- Fill with ice, then add gin, lemon juice and simple syrup and stir.
- Fill with club soda and garnish with a watermelon slice.
