Volare Pina Colada Recipe
Nothing says summer is here better than the classic Pina Colada drink. This variation is creamy yellow colored cocktail made from Volare Coconut liqueur, white rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream, and served over ice in a highball glass garnished with pineapple, maraschino cherry and pineapple leaves.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Coconut Liqueur (Volare Coconut)
- 1-1/2 oz White Rum
- 3 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1-1/2 oz Coconut Cream
- Pineapple - for garnish
- Cherry - for garnish
- Garnish: Pineapple, Maraschino Cherry
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass packed full of crushed ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice, pineapple leaves and a maraschino cherry.
