Touch of Evil Recipe
The Touch of Evil is an orange cocktail made from Patron tequila, apple cider, lemon juice and bitters, and served in a warm sour glass.
Ingredients
- 1-3/4 oz Tequila - Gold (Patron Anejo)
- 2 oz Apple Cider - warm
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 drops Angostura Bitters
- Glass: Sour Glass
Directions
- Warm a cocktail shaker by placing it in hot water.
- Add tequila, lemon juice and bitters to the shaker to warm them.
- Warm the apple cider in a separate container, then add to the glass. Top with the tequila container, and stir briefly.
