Tequini Recipe
The Tequini is a variation of the classic Martini cocktail, but with a Mexican twist. A clear colored cocktail made from silver tequila, dry vermouth and orange bitters, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Tequila - Silver
- 2 tsp Dry Vermouth (Noilly Prat)
- 3 dashes Orange Bitters
- 1 Olive - black, for garnish
- Garnish: Black Olive
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Stir bitters and tequila with ice in a mixing glass for 10 seconds.
- Add dry vermouth to a chilled cocktail glass and swirl it around to coat the inside, then discard excess.
- Strain the drink into the cocktail glass and garnish with a black olive.
