Singapore Italian Sling Recipe
The Singapore Italian Sling cocktail is an orange colored drink recipe made from Luxardo gin, cherry liqueur, triple sec, Benedictine, pineapple juice, lime juice, bitters and grenadine, and served over ice in a Collins glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin (Luxardo)
- 1/2 oz Cherry Liqueur (Luxardo Sangue Morlacco)
- 1/4 oz Triple Sec (Luxardo Triplum)
- 1/4 oz Benedictine
- 3 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 tsp Grenadine
- Cherry - for garnish
- Pineapple - for garnish
- Garnish: Cherry, Pineapple
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a Collins glass full of ice.
- Garnish with a cherry and a slice of pineapple.
