San Juan Cocktail Recipe
Head on down to Puerto Rico with this chilled tropical cocktail recipe. The San Juan drink is made from white rum, brandy, grapefruit juice, coconut milk and lime juice, and served blended with ice in a wine glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum
- 1 tbsp Brandy
- 1-1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1 tbsp Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1/2 cup Ice - crushed
- Glass: Wine Glass
Directions
- Add all ingredients, except brandy, to a blender and blend on low speed until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled wine glass.
- Float brandy on top and serve.
