The Raspberryade Gin is a pink drink made from Beefeater gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, club soda, raspberries and lemon, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin (Beefeater)
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 5 Raspberry
- Club Soda
- slice Lemon
- Garnish: Raspberry, Lemon
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle raspberries and simple syrup in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Fill with ice, add lemon juice and gin and stir.
- Top with club soda and garnish with a raspberry and a slice of lemon.
