Raspberries Fizz Recipe
The Raspberries Fizz is a refreshing red drink made from gin, Joseph Cartron creme de framboise (raspberry liqueur), brown sugar, lemon juice, raspberries and mineral water, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/3 oz Gin
- 1 oz Raspberry Liqueur (Joseph Cartron Creme de Framboise de Bourgogne)
- 2/3 oz Lemon Juice
- Raspberry - for garnish and mixing
- 1 tsp Brown Sugar
- Mineral Water - chilled, to fill
- Garnish: Raspberry
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle 4 raspberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.
- Add gin, raspberry liqueur, lemon juice, brown sugar and ice, and shake well.
- Strain into a highball glass and fill with mineral water.
- Garnish with more raspberries.
