Post-Modern Lemonade Recipe
The Post-Modern Lemonade drink recipe is an orange colored lemonade made from sloe gin, dry sherry, aquavit, plum brandy, lemon juice and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Sloe Gin
- 1 oz Sherry
- 1/2 oz Aquavit
- 1 tbsp Plum Brandy - slivovitz
- 3 oz Lemonade
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- Club Soda
- Lemon - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake sloe gin, sherry, Aquavit, slivovitz, lemonade and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Fill with club soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
