Ingredients
- 3 oz Port Wine - ruby port
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 oz Club Soda
- slice Orange - for garnish
- Cherry - for garnish
- Garnish: Orange, Maraschino Cherry
- Glass: Wine Glass
Directions
- Add club soda and sugar to a chilled red wine glass, and swirl until sugar is dissolved.
- Fill with shaved ice.
- Add port wine and stir gently.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and an orange slice.
