Pink Clover Club Recipe
The Pink Clover Club is a classic cocktail made from gin, lime juice, egg white, grenadine and strawberry, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1 Egg - white
- 1 dash Grenadine
- 1 slice Strawberry - for garnish
- Garnish: Strawberry
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake gin, egg white, grenadine and lime juice vigorously with ice until frothy.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Float a thin strawberry slice on top for garnish.
