Pineapple Passion Recipe
The Pineapple Passion is the ultimate tropical drink when stuck on a deserted island with your lover. Made from Cruzan Passion Fruit rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, honey, cinnamon and pineapple, and served blended inside a pineapple.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Passion Fruit Rum (Cruzan Passion Fruit)
- 2 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Honey
- 2 chunks Pineapple
- pinch Cinnamon
- 1 cup Ice - crushed
- Mint - for garnish
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Fruit Shell
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on low speed until slushy.
- Pour into a cored pineapple.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
