The Pear Tree Martini is made from pear vodka, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, lime juice and bitters, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Pear Vodka (Grey Goose La Poire)
- 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur (St-Germain)
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
- Garnish: Pear
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
