Peanutter Colada Recipe
The Peanutter Colada is a nutty cocktail recipe made from rum, coconut rum, hazelnut liqueur, coconut cream, lime juice, salt and pineapple chunks covered in peanut butter, and served in a chilled wine glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz White Rum
- 1/2 oz Hazelnut Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Coconut Rum
- 1-1/2 oz Coconut Cream
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 4 chunks Pineapple - coated in peanut butter, 2 for garnish
- Peanut Butter - to coat pineapple
- 1/2 cup Ice - crushed
- Garnish: Pineapple
- Glass: Wine Glass
Directions
- Add all ingredients, except 2 peanut butter-coated pineapple chunks, to a blender and blend on low speed until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled wine glass.
- Torch the last 2 pineapple chunks lightly, and use them for garnish.
