Old Dutch Recipe
The Old Dutch drink recipe is made from crème de cacao, cognac and mint, and served over ice in a rocks glass rimmed with chocolate.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Cognac
- 1 oz Creme de Cacao
- 6 leaves Mint
- splash Light Cream - to wet rim of glass
- Chocolate - grated, to rim glass
- Garnish: Chocolate
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Dip the rim of a rocks glass into light cream, then into chocolate shavings to coat the rim.
- Add mint and cognac to the glass and lightly muddle.
- Fill with crushed ice, then add crème de cacao and stir gently.
