North Pole Recipe
The North Pole is home to Santa Claus, where he likes to enjoy this cocktail after a long day of delivering toys to the good girls and boys! Made from gin, maraschino liqueur, egg white, lemon juice and topped with whipped cream, and served in a chilled cocktail glass. No need to settle for eggnog when you can have an exciting and relaxing cocktail.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Gin
- 1/2 oz Maraschino Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg - white
- Whipped Cream - to top
- 1 Cherry - for garnish
- Garnish: Maraschino Cherry
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake gin, maraschino liqueur, egg white and lemon juice vigorously with ice until foamy.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with a red maraschino cherry to let everyone know where the North Pole is.
