Monte Carlo Sling Recipe
The Monte Carlo Sling drink is made from brandy, peach brandy, ruby port wine, champagne, lemon juice, orange juice and bitters, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Brandy
- 1 tbsp Peach Brandy
- 1 tbsp Port Wine - ruby
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Orange Juice
- 1 dash Orange Bitters
- Champagne - to top
- 5 Grape - seedless
- Garnish: Grapes
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle the grapes in a highball glass, then fill with crushed ice.
- Shake the remaining ingredients, except the champagne, with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into the glass and top with chilled champagne.
- Garnish with a few seedless grapes.
