Midori Splice Recipe
The Midori Splice cocktail is made from Midori melon liqueur, Malibu coconut rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream, and served in a parfait or other stemmed glass.
- Fill a parfait or other stemmed glass with ice.
- Add Midori, Malibu coconut rum and pineapple juice and stir lightly.
- Shake the coconut cream with ice until frothy, then pour on top.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
