Margarets Blush Recipe
The Margaret's Blush drink is a medium-sweet light-orange colored glass of relaxation. Made form Caorunn gin, club soda, triple sec, orange bitters, cranberry juice and pineapple juice, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 oz Gin (Caorunn)
- 1/2 oz Triple Sec
- 5 dashes Orange Bitters
- 1-1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
- 1-1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
- Club Soda - to fill
- 1 wedge Orange - for garnish
- 1 wedge Pineapple - for garnish
- Garnish: Pineapple, Orange
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake gin, triple sec, orange bitters, cranberry juice and orange juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Fill with club soda and garnish with an orange wedge and a pineapple wedge.
