Livorno Sour Recipe
The Livorno Sour cocktail is made from Galliano Vanilla liqueur, grappa, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white if you date, and served in a chilled cocktail glass garnished with a vanilla bean.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Galliano (Vanilla)
- 1 oz Grappa
- 2/3 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Simple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Egg - white, optional
- Garnish: Vanilla Bean
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients well with ice (or vigorously if add egg white).
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a vanilla bean.
