The Leblon Blood Orange Mojito drink recipe is made from Leblon cachaca, lime juice, simple syrup, mint, blood orange juice and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Cachaca (Leblon)
- 1 oz Orange Juice - blood orange juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/4 oz Lime Juice
- 4 leaves Mint
- Club Soda - to fill
- Garnish: Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle mint and simple syrup in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Fill with ice, then add cachaca, simple syrup and lime juice.
- Fill with club soda and stir, then garnish with more mint.
