The Kate Cocktail is an enjoyable clear cocktail made from Old Tom gin, elderflower liqueur, champagne, mint, cucumber, lime and club soda, and served over ice in a collins or highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin - Old Tom
- 3/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur (The Bitter Truth)
- 3/4 oz Champagne - chilled
- Mint
- slice Cucumber
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- Club Soda
- Garnish: Mint, Cucumber
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Fill a collins or highball glass with ice.
- Add Old Tom gin, elderflower liqueur, champagne and cucumber.
- Top with club soda and garnish with a sprig of mint.
