Jimador Sweet Heat Recipe
The Jimador Sweet Heat is a relaxing drink for Christmas or any winter festival. A brown cocktail made from tequila, Kahlua, mango nectar, Tabasco sauce and vanilla ice cream, and served in a chocolate-rimmed cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Tequila - Gold (El Jimador Reposado)
- 1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur (Kahlua)
- 1 oz Mango Nectar
- 3 dashes Tabasco Sauce
- 3 scoops Ice Cream - vanilla
- 1/2 cup Ice - crushed
- Garnish: Chocolate
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Dip a chilled cocktail glass into grated chocolate to coat the rim.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth, and pour into the glass.
