Jamaica Mule Recipe
The Jamaica Mule drink recipe is made from white rum, dark rum, Falernum, lime juice, ginger beer, ginger and pineapple, and served over ice in a Collins glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Dark Rum
- 1 oz Falernum
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- Ginger Beer - to fill
- wedge Pineapple - for garnish
- slice Ginger - candied, for garnish
- Garnish: Pineapple, Ginger
- Glass: Collins Glass
Directions
- Shake rums, Falernum and lime juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a Collins glass full of ice and fill with ginger beer.
- Stir gently and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a slice of candied ginger.
