Hendricks Mule Recipe
The Hendrick's Mule is a British variation of the classic Moscow Mule cocktail. Made from Hendrick's gin, Fentiman's ginger beer, lemon juice, simple syrup, mint and cucumber, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Gin (Hendrick's)
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 12 leaves Mint
- 1/4 cup Cucumber - peeled and diced
- Ginger Beer (Fentiman's)
- Garnish: Cucumber, Mint
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle mint and simple syrup in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Fill with ice, then add gin and lemon juice, and fill with Fentiman's ginger beer.
- Top with diced cucumber and more mint.
