The Hemingway cocktail recipe is made from Clement Premiere Canne rum, grapefruit juice, lime juice and maraschino liqueur, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum (Clement Premiere Canne)
- 3/4 oz Grapefruit Juice
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz Maraschino Liqueur
- Cherry - for garnish
- Garnish: Maraschino Cherry
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake rum, maraschino liqueur, lime juice and grapefruit juice with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
