Ginger Hawaii Recipe
The Ginger Hawaii is a tropical cocktail made from ginger liqueur, blue curacao, rum, lime juice and pineapple juice, and served over ice in a hurricane glass garnished with a maraschino cherry and a pineapple slice.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Ginger Liqueur
- 2/3 oz Blue Curacao
- 2/3 oz White Rum
- 1/3 oz Lime Juice
- 5 oz Pineapple Juice
- Garnish: Pineapple, Maraschino Cherry
- Glass: Hurricane Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a hurricane glass full of crushed ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry.
