Foamy Bramble Recipe
The Foamy Bramble is a fruity pink cocktail perfect for a summer party. Made from genever, lemon juice, simple syrup and Bols Cassis Foam liqueur, and served over ice in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Genever (Bols) - or gin
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
- Bols Cassis Foam - to top
- 1 Blackberry - for garnish
- wedge Lemon - for garnish
- Garnish: Blackberry, Lemon
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Add genever (or gin), lemon juice and simple syrup and stir gently.
- Top with Bols Cassis Foam liqueur, and garnish with a blackberry and a lemon wedge.
