Festa Recipe
The Fest cocktail recipe is made from Boca Loca cachaca, Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur, lime juice, raspberry syrup, bitters and club soda, and served shaken in a rocks glass full of ice.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Cachaca (Boca Loca)
- 1/2 oz Ginger Liqueur (Domain de Canton)
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Raspberry Syrup
- dash Angostura Bitters
- Club Soda
- Lemon - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Shake cachaca, ginger liqueur, lime juice, raspberry syrup and bitters with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a rocks glass full of ice and top with club soda.
- Stir gently and garnish with a lemon twist.
