Elderflower Collins Recipe
The Elderflower Collins is a fruity and clear summer drink made from elderflower liqueur, gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur (The Bitter Truth)
- 1 oz Gin
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/3 oz Simple Syrup
- Club Soda
- slice Lemon
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake elderflower liqueur, gin, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball or collins glass full of ice.
- Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon slice.
