Crazy Caipi Recipe
The Crazy Caipi drink recipe is made from Boca Loca cachaca, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, lillet blanc, honey, lemon, orange and chamomile bitters, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Cachaca (Boca Loca)
- 1/2 oz Elderflower Liqueur (St-Germain)
- 1/2 oz Lillet Blanc
- 1/2 oz Honey
- 1/3 Lemon - cut into wedges
- 1/6 Orange - cut into wedges
- dash Chamomile Bitters
- Club Soda
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Muddle lemon and orange in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Fill with crushed ice, than add cachaca, elder flower liqueur, chamomile bitters and Lillet Blanc, and stir well.
- Fill with club soda and garnish with a lemon twist.
