Cheshire Cat Recipe
The Cheshire Cat cocktail is made form brandy, sweet vermouth, orange juice and champagne, and served in a chilled champagne flute.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Brandy
- 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1/2 oz Orange Juice
- Champagne - chilled, to top
- Garnish: Orange
- Glass: Champagne Glass
Directions
- Stir brandy, sweet vermouth and orange juice with ice in a mixing glass.
- Strain into a chilled champagne flute, and top with chilled champagne.
- Garnish with an orange twist.
