Caorunn Limon Recipe
The Caorunn Limon is a savory Fall cocktail perfect to serve with Thanksgiving dinner. Made from Caorunn gin, apple slices, thyme and bitter lemon soda, and served over ice in a hurricane glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin (Caorunn)
- 3-4 slices Apple
- 3-4 slices Lemon
- 1 sprig Thyme - for garnish
- Bitter Lemon - or other soda, to fill
- Garnish: Apple, Lemon
- Glass: Hurricane Glass
Directions
- Fill a hurricane or other large glass with ice.
- Add gin and fruit slices.
- Fill with bitter lemon (or other clear soda) and garnish with a sprig of thyme.
