Cali Rose Recipe
The Cali Rose is a pink colored cocktail recipe made from Caliche rum, sweet vermouth, Combier Pamplemousse Rose grapefruit liqueur and grapefruit bitters, and served in a chilled cocktail glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum (Caliche)
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 3/4 oz Grapefruit Liqueur (Combier Pamplemousse Rose)
- 2-3 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
- Lemon - peel, for garnish
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Cocktail Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients well with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lemon peel and serve.
