Brandy Fix Recipe
The Brandy Fix is a classic drink made from brandy, cherry brandy and lemon juice, and served in an old-fashioned glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Brandy
- 1/2 oz Cherry Brandy
- 1/2 Lemon - juiced
- 1 tsp Confectioner's Sugar
- 1 tsp Water
- Garnish: Lemon
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Dissolve the sugar and water in a mixing glass.
- Add ice, brandy, cherry brandy and lemon juice and stir.
- Strain into an old-fashioned glass full of crushed ice.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon.
