The Borinqueno cocktail recipe is a chilled drink made from white rum, lime juice, orange juice, passion fruit syrup and 151-proof rum, and served blended with ice in a chilled rocks glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz White Rum
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Orange Juice
- 1 tbsp Passion Fruit Syrup
- 1 tsp White Rum (151-proof)
- 1/2 cup Ice - crushed
- Glass: Rocks Glass
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on low speed until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled rocks glass and serve.
