Aubrey Cloud Recipe
The Aubrey Cloud drink is a dry, sweet and aromatic drink made from Caorunn gin, apple juice, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, bitters and ginger ale, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 oz Gin (Caorunn)
- 3/4 oz Elderflower Liqueur (St. Germain)
- 2-1/2 oz Apple Juice
- 5 drops Angostura Bitters
- Ginger Ale
- 1 wedge Apple - for garnish
- Garnish: Apple
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Add gin, elderflower liqueur, bitters and apple juice, and stir gently.
- Fill with ginger ale, and garnish with an apple wedge.
