The Acai You Bebe drink recipe is made from Boca Loca cachaca, St-Germain elderflower liqueur, passion fruit juice, acai puree, simple syrup and club soda, and served over ice in a highball glass.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Cachaca (Boca Loca)
- 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur (St-Germain)
- 1 oz Passion Fruit Juice
- 3/4 oz Acai - puree
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- Club Soda
- Glass: Highball Glass
Directions
- Shake all ingredients, except club soda, with ice in a cocktail shaker.
- Strain into a highball glass full of ice.
- Fill with club soda and stir gently.
